What is It's Re:Leased?

We're a fashion rental subscription offering access to premium scandi-fashion. For 750 SEK/month you can rent 3 items from our carefully curated closet of fashion brands.

What is a fashion rental subscription service?

You pay a monthly fee to rent clothes from our wardrobe, you select your clothes, enjoy the compliments and then send them back at the end of the month. Or you can choose to keep one or more items for another month. We’re flexible. The monthly fee includes delivery, washing and return.

Why rent?

Renting is the best way to discover new brands and styles and get that variation you crave, without treating clothes as disposable. We give you access to great clothes at a price both you and mother earth can afford, on a plan that fits your lifestyle.

80% of the environmental footprint from Swedish clothing consumption comes from production. By using our clothes more and for a longer period of time, we reduce the need to produce new clothes. By doubling the times we use an item, we eliminate almost 50% of the climate impact. That’s why we focus on increasing the number of times an item is used, and minimise the need to consume something new. By changing the way we consume things, we can have a big impact on the industry as it is today.

How much does it cost?

Our monthly subscription includes 3 pieces of clothing for 750 SEK/month. That includes shipping, washing and possible repairs.

How do you deliver?

We deliver and pick up at your door between 17 and 22 with Airmee.

How do I sign up?

Start by creating an account on our website. It’s really simple and takes a few seconds. Start browsing our closet, pick your three favorite pieces for the month and check out.

Can I swap an item if it doesn't fit?

If you receive your items and something doesn’t fit, just register an exchange in your account and we'll send your new item(s) within a couple of days.

I'm out of town – can I change my start date?

You can update your start date to +/- one week from your original date in your account. From your start date your selection will take a couple of days to be packed and delivered so make room for that when you update your date.

If you have a very specific request, or want to update your start date to a date you don't see in your account, just reach out to use and we'll be happy to help.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Just log on to your account, click “Settings” and click “Pause”. If you pause your subscription before your selection start, the order is cancelled and the fee for next month will be returned to your account (if it's been processed already). If you pause after your selection start, you will get your final order as scheduled, but we will not be making a withdrawal the next month.

You can have your subscription paused for as long as you like.

How do I restart my subscription?

You can restart your subscription at any time, it’s as simple as checking out a new selection. We’ll be so happy to have you back!

To what cities to you ship?

We currently ship with Airmee to Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö and Lund.

I love this item, can I rent it for longer then a month?

Of course, you can keep an item for as long as you want and return the other(s).

What if I get a stain or break something?

Life happens, but we want to be able to increase the number of times an item can be used. If the item is returned to us in a state where it can’t be re-used or repaired, we will deduct a fee of 750 SEK from your account. (We do feel like you should know we’ve yet to encounter a stain or tare we’ve not been able to repair, so not to worry.)
