When Flora Vest from Dagmar's SpringSummer 21 entered our lives, we most definitely shrieked a little. Ok a lot. Because this is just too good - those padded shoulders and wide V-neck, the perfect shade of yellow all combined in a waistcoat. To be worn as is (yes please) or over your fave white shirt.
